      Pros

      The company really spends time and money on its employees and help them improve their work even their lives. The work environment is fun and you have a lot of resources to learn and get involved with more cutting-edge technologies. Their clients are wide spread across America and works very close with the company so their business is very strong too.

      Cons

      Work pressure can be high.

      Great place to enhance your technical skills. Very interactive training session with live trainer as opposed to online or remote training sessions. Has good clients with interesting project opportunities

      Small company with limited west coast clients

      Cogent Opens Doors to a World of Opportunity

      Cogent greatly improved my skills through training, provided me with great opportunities to work on projects I would not have had without Cogent, helped me with unfamiliar technologies at client site through mentoring by senior Cogent developers, enabling me to succeed on difficult projects, and in my career as a software engineer. I would not have the great opportunity I have today without Cogent, and Cogent continues to support me professionally and in help with Green Card. Many thanks to Cogent!

      Cons

      Some people said it took them longer time in placing to project, but notice that the people who spent the most time studying and preparing took the shortest time placing on project. There is no magic. You have to put in the effort.
