      Pros

      You have the opportunity to work and attend exciting events. The WFH schedule is flexible and accommodating.

      Cons

      They expect one person to do the job of an entire team. It's a close-knit boys club where nobody else's point of view or advice matters. Other agencies are better operated, the infrastructure is extremely poor.

      Decent clients, however often unsatisfied

      Cons

      Extremely poor leadership. Company engaged in withholding of owed salary increases while still demanding employees to perform in higher level positions while receiving entry level pay. Very weird dynamic between the two different sides of the company, clear favoritism, lack of respect. Bullying is encouraged and rewarded.
