Fantastic network. Highly experienced experts. Great reputation with many high performing organisations. Flexible and empathetic management style across the board. Positive focus on career development. Reward hard work. Range of working responsibilities.
Cons
High standards for delivery. Can be difficult to gain access / experience with top clients. Just like they reward initiative, individuals that do not show initiative or their own independent motivation may struggle to find a footing.
