Pros
Get to meet interesting people, friendly team at HO. Would always honour overtime worked and repay you with time, would also verbally recognise hard work in an email/meeting. Senior managers friendly and approachable. HO is good if you want a steady job to pay the bills rather than somewhere to progress.
Cons
Seems like roles and responsibilities need refining with salaries matched. A few people on the same role with the same responsibilities receiving different salaries which did not reflect experience. No space to progress or grow into another role, especially with it being such a small team and not for profit.
