Pros

The Leadership are so amazing that you will never see them.

Cons

Toxic work culture in every area of the company. Management is nowhere to be seen even among people leaving in drives with no jobs to go to, and this is across the whole company. The CEO is out of touch with the reality of the business. People are too scared to say anything to management so they leave quietly. Staff get treated very poorly and excuses are made so no responsibility is ever taken to make things beter

Pros

Remote working is all that can be said

Cons

Bullish and bullying CEO and an executive team that are her puppets. The company is being driven into the ground and will struggle soon to stay alive. Contracts are being lost and new ones not being won. Lie after lie is told to bring people through the door and then people are treated disgracefully. The CEO has her favourites, who are of low skill but picked to be in the inner circle because they won’t challenge. People work on things for months, and then they are changed by those at the top, with whatever whim they wake up with that morning The amount of attrition is shocking. Stay away from this company if you want to keep your sanity.
