Pros

No Pros is there. Some of the employees are very helpful and some are so worst.

Cons

First of all they don't stick to their words which is given in Interview. I have been told that their will be a half day on Saturday and Holiday on Sunday but after a week of joining they said that you have to come on Saturday Sunday and only one Holiday will be given in a week no half day will be there. Some of Collagues are worst then ever they think they self are the CEO of Company. My Mother was not well and i decided to go out of city and i resigned the job i dropped a mail in company. I was in need of my Salary when i mailed them to give salary they said that you leaved job without serving notice period. So my mom is ill i have to look at her or should i serve that hell notice period. They are not paying for my work of 26 days in company.

Pros

A solid start to a software engineering for SOME of the trainees if one HAPPENS to get placed at a good client company.

Cons

Salary is extremely under the market value for a software engineer. The benefits are close to none. Please be careful and ask as many questions about the contract that is set in place it has been such a problem for myself and other in my class. Opportunities were limited and I know many who didn't end up placed and had to fight tooth and nail to get out of the egregious contract.

Pros

An efficacious curriculum for recent graduates, with little to none, prior work experience searching to enter the competitive full-stack development workforce. After graduating, I was struggling to enter the workforce, with only 6 month worth of barely software-related internship experience. Having been found (via LinkedIn) and recruited by Cognixia, I was stationed in the Bellevue offices, with a team of 15 to 20 additional graduates. I was able to learn a significant deal of JavaScript concepts, CSS, HTML, VSCode tricks, and React development, while being provided paychecks and a nearly free hotel stay in one of the most expensive cities in Washington state. This curriculum not only allowed to develop the necessary skills in a nice and calm environment, but also allowed me to develop a social network with the co-recruits and Cognixia employees. Furthermore, the training isn't only focused on the technical side but also on the soft skills. Throughout the curriculum, I was mentored on soft skills and practice interviews. Upon completing the curriculum, I was placed on an interview for a great company, aced the interview, and got a well-paying job! If you are struggling to enter the workforce due to limited work experience, Cognixia provides that opportunity for you and and even a little more.

Cons

Our new instructor delivering the course was not well prepared. A lot depends on how much you put in from your own studies and research, which is understandable.
