      Pros

      A solid start to a software engineering for SOME of the trainees if one HAPPENS to get placed at a good client company.

      Cons

      Salary is extremely under the market value for a software engineer. The benefits are close to none. Please be careful and ask as many questions about the contract that is set in place it has been such a problem for myself and other in my class. Opportunities were limited and I know many who didn't end up placed and had to fight tooth and nail to get out of the egregious contract.

      They have bootcamp to ramp up the speed for you and also coaches available to train you.

      Long contract with penalty if you break it
