I got a 1.7% salary increase after 2 years within the project (I denied the salary increase as it was disrespecting), no other compensation, bonuses or recognition for their employees, considering that it was the year the company had the biggest increase in annual profits over the last many years. All of this was happening while my project was achieving all the targets and milestones the company kept adding. Simply put: The worst company I ever worked for, don't go there.
