Lack of transparency.
Lack of training and support for my role. Management were occupied with conferences, office move and personal issues.
Promised health benefits but was told after I started the job. That I would only get it after 3 months.
Frequent issues with my computer and accounts due to their migration. Which heavily disrupted me and my ability to produce work.
Irresponsible when it comes to managing employees.
Management focused on blaming rather than listening or understanding their team.
Ableism. The language they used when accessibility gets brought up is very negative.
Management made jokes about past employees that they fired. Which made me very uncomfortable.
