      -Great experience for first time engineers. Starts off slow but within 2 months you are feel like a full fledged engineer with meaningful responsibilities.

      -Fast paced industry, so not for everyone

      People seem friendly. Supply a lot of food and fruits in kitchen.

      Cons

      Manager does know how to manage. Hold all core tasks, even if some are under my JD. Nothing to learn, only wants to do whatever he does not want to do. Also full of lies from senior management. Thought it was an international company under Acciona. But the fact, it is not. Coleman Rail is Coleman Rail.
