      Too many managers. Horrible lines of communication.

      Pros

      No problem paying overtime. Horrible hours.

      Cons

      Poor oversight. Poor direction. Poor management. Poor communication. Poor assistance. Poor followups. Not willing to help at all. Hires not from universities but from ITT Tech???? In all, simply slipshod and typically everything one needs to know in order to do their job is a big secret, always with a key piece of the puzzle missing.

      Pros

      Willing to pay over-time (time and a half).

      Cons

      Hired as contract employee. Which would mean there is no direction given to me for completing work. Also means no supplies or equipment is provided. Neither of these stipulations were met. What they are doing here is illegal, and just a way to get around paying any benefits or pay into un-employment.
