      Pros

      No problem paying overtime. Horrible hours.

      Cons

      Poor oversight. Poor direction. Poor management. Poor communication. Poor assistance. Poor followups. Not willing to help at all. Hires not from universities but from ITT Tech???? In all, simply slipshod and typically everything one needs to know in order to do their job is a big secret, always with a key piece of the puzzle missing.

      Pros

      Many opportunities to learn new things. Great company to start employment. Company invests in technology, so you do not have to do things like in the old days.

      Cons

      Promotion opportunities are limited - it is not a big company. Almost all engineering staff is exempt, so no overtime pay.
