Pros
Truly unlimited PTO, staff are close and truly care about each other, WFH, beautiful office, lots of flexibility with schedule, 401k with match, B Corp status
Cons
During my time company policy did not allow salary negotiations, no inflation raises, not much room for career growth, nobody knows your salary (including your manager) so your manager cannot negotiate on your behalf, salary caps are low for senior level compared to market - I think they are hoping the benefits will draw good talent in over the salary
