Great company, crappy boutiques
Pros
christmas bonus, generally nice clientele, wines are decent, company is amazing and working to get more known thus tons of growth opportunities.
Cons
Peterborough location: manager was racist and would only hire white “clean” people, disliked piercings, manager was condescending and would expect you to do favours for her without pay, constantly asked to work one hour for a bottle of wine rather than pay, boutiques are small and have very very slow traffic as well as the same people thus new policies requiring door greetings and such are useless and counterproductive, if you were a friend she would give you or your daughter a job and schedule her during peoples shifts (going over our weekly allotted hours) after consistently complaining that we don't have enough hours to give to staff
