Pros

It’s in McKinney off 380

Cons

Patient and staff safety are not something that the leaders are actively working to improve. Teamwork-doesn’t exist. Want to provide excellent patient care and protect your license? Work somewhere else. If you enjoy risking your license then this is the place for you.

Unprofessional and Toxic

Pros

Beautiful building in a beautiful area

Cons

⭐☆☆☆☆ Avoid working here if you value your health and sanity. This hospital is by far one of the most unprofessional and toxic environments I’ve ever experienced. The facility itself is filthy—basic hygiene and infection control protocols are often ignored, which not only puts patients at risk but also the staff. There is NO regular housekeeping staff. Equipment and patient food is outdated, supplies are often missing, constant sewage smell due to Sulphur from plumbing pipes in adolescent unit and management consistently sweeps safety concerns under the rug. The culture is extremely toxic. Favoritism runs deep, bullying is tolerated, and there’s absolutely no support for frontline workers. Burnout is rampant, and those who speak up are often retaliated against or silenced. Leadership is more focused on saving face than making real improvements. Turnover is high for a reason. If you're a healthcare professional looking for a safe, respectful, and supportive work environment, this is NOT the place. If you have loved ones who need mental health hospitalization go elsewhere.
