- Excellent autonomy in your role and no micromanaging. - Flexible working hours - Management consults you for your opinions and genuinely takes your opinion into consideration. - Excellent inclusion culture despite being a predominantly remote working company - Approachable and personable management and directors

Cons

I can't say that the company or the work environment is negative in any way and the only thing that comes to mind is that employee benefits could be more competitive.
