Those above us have no idea how the various departments in the Insurance division actually work. Every change they make decreases the morale, the team spirit etc. Every week we get some faux heartfelt email about mental health, or this cause & that cause, but it's all a shallow veneer for a greedy callous company.
Poor leadership and system design has resulted in an external company introducing, not a new system, but a pointless system addition that duplicate already tedious and unnecessary tasks. People are dropping like flies with long-term stress related illness and others are waiting for the first decent job offer that comes their way.
