Lack of decision making, blame culture are prevalent. If you don't play the political game and build strategic friendships with the right people, you are unlikely to progress. Merit based recognition is non existent

Health benefits, 401k match, most times good work life balance though weekends expected on big projects

Cons

Poor management that changes decisions often and leads with fear when questioned. Junior staff frustrated by redundant work with little opportunity to advance. Pay is also lower compared to competitors.
