      Pros

      The people is the best of working in Colombina. The leaders really care about the growth of his team , the work environment is friendly, focused on results rather than force people to meet schedules.

      Cons

      Wages are not the best , are well below industry peers .

      Investment opportunities, atmosphere, felixible hours, loans, accesibility, the renewed offices in the 4th floor, possibility to apply for jobs within the company.

      Cons

      Excesive limited access to some web pages. Low salaries for start up positions and internships. Owners can be really rude to staff.
