Lazy Management. No career growth. Very political

Good office facilities. basic benefits to employees. salary below industry standards.
Cons
Management is lazy. Always at meetings but no progress in projects. Always there are excuses. Employees are never trained, only false promises during interview stage. No action is taken when a complaint is made. Politics comes first. Political agenda is high. Management organizes expensive events but company doesn't profit. only big press releases without a benefit to the market or company. Everyone is surprised when someone is promoted. currently there are 21 managers 50% with no work all talk. People who work hard are not seen by manager. Management only sees people who can talk well, or plays sports well...etc. Some Managers are never at office half of the time, so employee's work gets postponed and when performance reviews come the employees look like they have not done work. Small approvals are pending for months. No action is taken by the CEO due to politics. Company survives because of poor investor money.
