Pros

CPI is a good start off company if you are looking for experience. Nice people

Cons

management makes a very strong effort to not promote within the department or company. -- the CEO made it a rule to band anyone in the customer care department from applying to jobs outside of the customer care department (a 24/7 department) no upper advancement opportunity low pay, for a lot of work management was too personal and wanted to get too involved into people's personal life and would get offended if none of the employees are interested

This company provides an excellent environment to work and grow. I began my career here as a valet parker and have advanced to my current role with the support of a great team, both in the office and in the field. I feel fortunate to be part of such a positive and growth-oriented culture. If you’re looking to join a company that invests in your personal and professional development, this is the right place.

Cons

Coworkers are too friendly, makes it impossible to be grumpy at work. Lol
