CPI is a good start off company if you are looking for experience. Nice people

management makes a very strong effort to not promote within the department or company. -- the CEO made it a rule to band anyone in the customer care department from applying to jobs outside of the customer care department (a 24/7 department) no upper advancement opportunity low pay, for a lot of work management was too personal and wanted to get too involved into people's personal life and would get offended if none of the employees are interested
