Pros
-Has a good reputation in the furniture and construction industry. - Company is working hard at improving the employee experience -Good work life balance. Company is willing to work around employee's needs. -Some divisions have partial (1-2 days) work from home opportunities)
Cons
-Employee Benefits including PTO, 401k Match, & Parental Leave could be updated to be more competitive per today's standards. -Covid changes in recent years have caused large shifts in the employee makeup of the company which is cause for some unease.

Used to be a good place to work, when management changed it went downhill quick.
Cons
No communication between divisions or from management. The president of the company, Todd Nixon, is always on his phone or hidden in a conference room. He is demeaning, lies to and manipulates people. Management are egomaniacs, who spend all their time in process meetings yet take a year to improve a simple process, and turn a blind eye to toxic behavior when employees try to report it and get help. It is a sad environment to work in, and honestly going downhill quick in terms of company profitability. Clients are leaving, long term employees are leaving, and their sales are taking a dive and have been for a while. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
