Toxic Work Environment - Administrative Color Art Integrated Interiors Employee Review

Pros

Used to be a good place to work, when management changed it went downhill quick.

Cons

No communication between divisions or from management. The president of the company, Todd Nixon, is always on his phone or hidden in a conference room. He is demeaning, lies to and manipulates people. Management are egomaniacs, who spend all their time in process meetings yet take a year to improve a simple process, and turn a blind eye to toxic behavior when employees try to report it and get help. It is a sad environment to work in, and honestly going downhill quick in terms of company profitability. Clients are leaving, long term employees are leaving, and their sales are taking a dive and have been for a while. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Pros

People are generally nice and the office itself is gorgeous.

Cons

They watch Fox News all day every day (yikes). There is a serious lack of communication between upper management and everyone else. They demoted someone who worked there for 20 years twice for no reason. Their raises are negligible even when you get perfect glowing reviews. The admin professionals are given more work than they can handle and treated poorly. Everyone is white, and every time a person of color was hired they either quit or were let go like a year later. The old CEO was great but the new people in charge are messing everything up.
