Pros

Money was good, there are a few genuinely good employees that care about the patients.

Cons

No leadership, no communication, every HR person they hire quits, they don't run background checks thoroughly and hire unlicensed/uneducated/unqualified people into positions that directly affect the patients putting them at risk. I saw multiple serious injuries caused to staff and patients due to a director level employee being completely unqualified for their position and dishonest about education, experience, and license. Do not work here, there is a reason that they have high turnover in all departments but particularly, the HR role. The personnel issues are so far gone and corrupt that any morally decent person who takes the position runs like hell once they see what is going on.
