During and post covid, the managers for property oversight was non existent and they just became a ghost and rarely if at all shown face on-site. Lots of complaints from resident owners at a multi million dollar property in Richmond..... Just another money grab real-estate management company in Vancouver.

Management were incredibly unprofessional, often citing their 48 hour email response time as important to their business. However, they took between 5-7 days to respond to their own employees emails. When they did respond, they would only provide 1 sentence or even 2-3 word responses. Their ability to explain themselves was limited, and they internally made questionable business decisions. They frequently backstabbed their employees, removing responsibilities or changing the structure of the office at a whim without internal consultation. In addition, they mistracked vacation time, requiring it to be tracked by tracked by their employees. They did not provide 4 months worth of health insurance and further asked their employees to write caretaker contracts without any HR experience or training because the company was unwilling to delegate or hire an HR professional.
