have been with the company for 8 years and can say that this company truly values team care and collaboration. Being placed in a leadership position, I have worked with top brands and developed many memorable campaigns, but what I will cherish is being able to accomplish this with the support of an enthusiastic and hard-working team and a CEO who always makes time to provide insight and input to help us come up with award-winning executions. Aside from the positive work environment, salary and compensation are also very competitive. These include different kinds of benefits, including HMO for dependents, leave conversion, offsets to provide work-life balance, and even a retirement package. Another big plus for me is the annual international travel incentives, which are open to everyone who hits their milestones.
