A good company for starters but not as you experience

Pros
1.Good package for starters 2.You can grow along with the company 3.can get lot of interaction with the best in the industry
Cons
1.No specific work time. 2.Unrealistic targets 3.There is no proper contact of top level management provided to employees 4.No support from management sometimes 5.No healthcare or insurance policy to employees 6.Don't have a HR to communicate and don't have proper HR policy 7.No salary hike for employees even after 2 years
