No pros at all. .
Cons
Under market pay and mediocre benefits yet still make unreasonable work demands while management shake leg themselves. No regard for employee wellbeing. Mgmt blind and deaf to feedback. No career progression. Increment less than inflation. So yr pay is shrinking every year, while workload more and more. Bonus average 1-2 mths, nothing to shout about.
