      Pros

      Great atmosphere, no one is judging you or pushing you to reach goals. Good work life balance. Location and parking are good,

      Cons

      Very low salary compared to the market standards. No compensation packages or bonuses at all. The management team is completely ignored by employee needs. Many unprofessional decisions are taken without any data driven approach.

      The not formal communication, people are nice, and have good vibe

      Cons

      All the formal and professional communication are really bad, the won't open to listen and get feedback from thir own employees. It's feels like the doesn't want to grow and do things in right way, if it's work why we need to change, in my opinion it's doesn't work.
