Toxic culture. Micro management. No policies and procedures. Passive aggressive. Your voice isn’t heard. Leadership doesn’t come from mental health or substance use background.

-Great co-workers. -Lots of flexibility with work hours. -Ability to WFH. -Upper management is fair, kind, and works hard for the whole team.
Cons
-Sometimes under-staffed. -For masters level clinician employees, pay could be a little better.
