      Pros

      Great culture and everyone is fabulous that works there. Ample training to get you started. Great IT department to help you.

      Cons

      Did not disclosed how we would get paid after 2 years and the stipend is no longer available. Made promises about income and future income that were not accurate. Blamed former employees for discrepancy and did not accept accountability nor counter offer to help close the gap.

      Pros

      The Producers are the bread and butter of this organization, fellow producers are always there to help when you have a question or in a pinch no matter what. Great company benefits and supply producers with computers, monitors and all other items to get started.

      Cons

      Upon joining Comma they have great intentions for the employees and producers such as the compensation plan, support and account management. Unfortunately management has not lived up to the word which has caused Producers to struggle across the board. The insurance industry is currently going through some tough issues, but the compensation and expectations promised by Comma is far from accurate. A lot of moving parts because its a startup understandably but not what was promised or envisioned by Branch owners or producers.

      Pros

      Comma started off with a great culture and bright future. Loved the interaction between producers and sales leaders daily (early on) - they were a ton of help getting started and learning the industry. Offers great benefits and remote process training. The HR leadership is fantastic and they treat employees well!

      Cons

      - The promised pay structure is 100% not valid. It’s absolutely nearly impossible to write sales goals based on the 2 year period. - Ownership focused vs producer focused is very apparent and producers get punished for sales performances when not at fault. - Over promising and under delivering in the interview process - High rate of turnover for very qualified producers and staff - Lack of communication/visibility from top leadership and CEO - Overall model is not suitable for the industry
