Pros
The Producers are the bread and butter of this organization, fellow producers are always there to help when you have a question or in a pinch no matter what. Great company benefits and supply producers with computers, monitors and all other items to get started.
Cons
Upon joining Comma they have great intentions for the employees and producers such as the compensation plan, support and account management. Unfortunately management has not lived up to the word which has caused Producers to struggle across the board. The insurance industry is currently going through some tough issues, but the compensation and expectations promised by Comma is far from accurate. A lot of moving parts because its a startup understandably but not what was promised or envisioned by Branch owners or producers.
