Pros
You can choose your own music and the food/drinks are actually really good.
Cons
I’m not sure how is was at every location but at the one I worked at we were stretched extremely thin. We were constantly understaffed. The one time i did meet the owner he was rude and spoke to me in a condescending manner. Communication with upper management was… well not great. I heard some instances of racism and sexism. I was a new hire (white) and found out I was making more an hour than my POC coworkers who had been there longer. I’ve been gone for a while but this job is the reason I’ve learned to advocate for myself and my team.
