Pros

No pros, it's just bad.

Cons

The worst company I've ever worked for. The management is made up of people who lies and only care about the financial aspect of it. Be careful of what they promise you as it's mostly lies or they will give in only so that they can use you as they like. A lot of sweet promises cause that's what they are capable of and only thing they know to entice people to join. Don't be blinded by the salary. It's really not worth it for all the work and stress you will be given. No such thing as increment, bonus, staff welfare or family care leave. Annual leaves given is pathetic. Your jd in contract and what you end up having to do is way different. Management lacks empathy and there's no work life balance. HR screwed up my salary many times and it also come in late. Claims not done well don't know how they calculate. Trust me you'll do much better at other student care companies. Only reason they have a lot of centres is that they lowball their fees, at the expense of staff mental and well-being. I pity people who are still working with them and also the parents and innocent children. Please do some research and compare with other student care companies. (Why don't they have website or social media? They're afraid of the number of complaints they'll receive and everything gets exposed)

Pros

Some colleagues are fun to work with as most of them are young and relatable.

Cons

This workplace is extremely toxic especially at HQ level. Management is demanding—you’re expected to eat and drink with them to “show face.” There’s no work-life balance—you’re expected to work even during holidays, sick leave, or weekends or middle of the night (2-3am) . They don’t appreciate your efforts, there’s no overtime pay, and the cultured is bad. You will only be seen if you bootlick the management. Management act like they care but are never around when you need help even though they have few minutes to spare. They often insult , threaten and belittle staff, micromanage everything, and expect you to flatter them to get any benefits and make you agree to things out of fear. It’s mentally draining, and most people are too scared to speak up or even take medical leave when they are really sick. They try to trap you with money if you want to quit. There’s also a lot of racism and under the table agreements. If they like you, they promote you—even if you’re inexperienced. If they don’t, they fire you, no matter how hard you work. When they’re short-staffed, they’ll sweet-talk you to return, but once they find someone else, they’ll let you go. This has happened to many. Work here at your own risk.

Pros

Great ground team, students are good. Nothing positive to say about any HQ teams.

Cons

Higher management makes biased decisions based on personal relationships, race, and projected profits. I do not doubt a single negative review on here. Oh yes, most of their students eat cold food. A lot of over promising and lack of support for the poor staff. You will be expected to use your own device (laptop) and mobile phone for internet access, while the Director drives luxury cars.
