      A Company gone bad

      Pros

      Good benefits. Good workers. Good location

      Cons

      Too much emphasis on internal politics. No new employee training. No accountability by management. Lack of management. False achievements. Poor employee morale due to lack of management. Lack of new employee qualifications to meet the job requirements. The lowest person in the chain is accountable for all mistakes a poor excuse by management.

      Flexible schedule and work well with schedule needs

      Cons

      Bully Culture against women. Unprofessionalism as well as lack of policy and procedures. Over worked and under paid. 1.5% raise this last year even with hitting the exceeding marks on my review. Looking for new employment currently.
