      There isn't a single one.

      Cons

      There are too many to list. The CEO is a closed minded bigot and if you don't kiss her backside you're gone. Had I known six people had been in my position within a four-year span when she was VP of the department, I would not have signed on.

      Great benefits, 401k, and starting pay.

      Cons

      Poor upper management. People in executive positions with no experience or educations trying to grow an organization that proves year after year failure but does nothing about it. If you want to grow in your career, desire leadership, structure and want to be proud of the organization you work for, this is not the place. Very unprofessional.
