Horrible Management and Morale

* independently choose how to prioritize work in a given day * provided technology useful in the field

Cons

If you wish to gain/maintain licensure in the field of mental health; care about morals/ethics/boundaries; value supervision; expect objective/clinically minded individuals to be your superiors - do not work here. They care more about maintaining billing than seeing their clients improve. They would rather have their clients stay than eventually discharge. Morale is terrible due to personality traits of office staff. You're better off working as an emergency services counselor for the CSB - your burnout rate is similar but you are at least in a better environment with more competent individuals. No matter what your position title is, it doesn't matter - you will continually be putting out fires that other people have started. You will more likely be managing crises on a daily basis.
