      friendly colleagues, understood concerns as they were facing the same issues in the company -Work from home due to cover -19

      -managers do not care about you -very unrealistic KPI'S -bad work environment Management doesn't know what they are doing. Employee turnover rate was very high Lack of adequate training

      Its was all good and fine.

      Its Good. The officemates are all very accommodating especially the HR. Managers are very good at their understanding. They valued all the employees well.

      Re-assignment The office is understaffed and needs more improvement with the system.
