I worked here for 3 days and left every lunch break and shift crying, which apparently is the norm. I decided to quit when I woke up for my 4th day and had a panic attack for the day I knew I was going to endure there. I was emotionally and verbally abused in front of patients. Some comments would include “Things would almost be better if you weren’t here”, “I’m doing both my job and your job why am I even paying you”, etc. Patients were badmouthed, including young children. I got chewed out multiple times for not getting an elderly man with a cane to move from the exam room to the x-ray machine “quick enough”. I was also made to look stupid and asked “what do you think you are doing?!” when removing and throwing away my latex gloves after cleaning a bloodied room/equipment. Apparently this was “wasteful” of me and i was instructed that I were to reuse the same one pair of latex gloves throughout the entire day. There are many other extreme examples, but overall just please save your time and self esteem and do not work here!
