Pathetic Company

Pros

You get to make very good friends

Cons

This is one of the most unethical companies I have ever worked in. The management is known across the industry for their unethical practices, and some companies have even blacklisted them. If you work here, you are a slave to them, and if you try to exit, you are threatened and your salary is taken back. The management is very unfair, and the company lacks a proper pay grade system. The management is also well known for being fake, and making fake promises just to force people to stay on at the company. Working hours are long, and over weekends too, with no comp offs, and in fact they deduct money every chance they get. Clients are also very unhappy with this agency. There's absolutely no growth here, and it's best to avoid working here.

Pros

You can never find enough reasons to motivate yourself and go to this office

Cons

Crazy management team No HR policies in place you are practically a slave to the company No strategizing, no ideation, no support, no appreciation The owners are unpredictable and extremely biased Unethical and unreasonable all the time No growth, no new learning and you are not treated or respected in the organisation No social life the management own you and anything to do with you ( sometimes mobile phones too) You would never be paid for what you signed up for ( salary deductions are a must). Please note all these without any prior intimation and late comings for which you have no track of You get only 24 leaves, no comp offs for working on Saturday and Sunday Yearly reviews are the biggest lie. Never appreciated for any good work All talented and experience people leave the company, bringing absolutely no leaders to lead any team No one in the industry who have heard of this place would ever want to join it

Pros

Employees are well knit, that's all

Cons

List is endless - 1. Bluffs employees by giving them a bait of "will review you after 3 months" and then no appraisals happen 2. Not a 360 degree brand solutions agency as they don't know anything but PR (clients not happy in this sector also) 3. High attrition rate (Every week 3-4 new faces coming and 4-5 people leaving)
