Pros
Best 401(k) I have ever seen for a company. 200% match up to 5% of pay. That is $2 for every $1 you put in. Health, dental, and vision are good qualify and reasonable price for individual coverage. 10 paid holidays per year. PTO starts building up on your first day of employment and adds up to approximately 16 days a year for the first 2 years, 20 days for the next 3 years.
Cons
Not very many opportunities for employees to team build. There is an all employee meeting once per year and if you volunteer during a charitable event you may get to mingle with other employees but other than that you wont have an opportunity to meet employees across all the branches.
