Pros
Flextime, casual dress, there really aren't any other pros to add This is a barely OK job to get you by until you find a real job that pays decent money.
Cons
Favoritism, Data entry hires people only of own color, RR also lets her friends get away with doing no work while forcing all the other employees to pick up the slack and refuses raises for those people who are doing her friends work low pay, slow accrual of very limited vacation time/sick time, medical benefits are horrible and barely cover anything
