      I met some of the most dedicated and competent colleagues.

      Once you get settled and learn the reality of the job and the management, the truth is sickening. From the top down, senior management is manipulative and nepotistic. Anyone outside of the clique is excluded, bullied and never given the information and resources to succeed in their role. Unpaid overtime is expected consistently and the goalposts are always moving at the whim of the CEO. The CEO is treated like some kind of royalty while she throws orders around from her throne of gold to the minions in the crowded mouldy offices below. Avoid this place if you value your mental health, self-worth and career.

      Pros

      Nice team, met a bunch of lovely people here. Colleagues been very supportive to each other. Workload is manageable and has pretty good work life balance in my opinion.

      Cons

      The management team is relatively new and lacks experience, which has contributed to unprofessional practices across several areas, including recruitment, staff induction and training, safe workplace, and constructive supervision. There have also been concerns about management manipulating situations to their own advantage. This has created ongoing tension between management and staff. With the current external investigation into the management team, it is hoped that meaningful changes will follow.
