Medical benefits are available through Memorial Hospital and Broward Health.

Cons

Terrible management and evil employees. This is the place everyone runs away from. Employees have no idea what they are doing and management wants you to lie on reports to make your department sound like it's successful. You have to use your accrued PTO to cover holidays when the company is closed or you don't get paid. High turn over because people quit due to the horrible treatment from management and senior management like the V'S and HR.

My coworkers were the highlight of my tenure at CCP.

Cons

Paid incredibly below what the market drives or role. Management does not know how to manage properly. Management believes delegation is the most effective form of managing. Management plays the game of favoritism, If you're not in the "circle", you are greatly mistreated.

Good location. Easy access to highways.

Cons

Some departments have mandatory overtime. Work quota's that are unreasonable. Very stressful environment. Favoritism for less qualified employees. Older and long term employees are micromanaged in the hopes they will leave.
