      Pros

      Management demonstrates understanding and offers appropriate compensation for my job title. Additionally, I receive at least one friendly gesture, such as an appropriate greeting or positive acknowledgment, from clients each day.

      Cons

      Communication appears to be inconsistent. Having worked here for several months, I find the frequent turnovers concerning. The organizational hierarchy is not clearly outlined, and expectations are not well-defined. Additionally, supervisory training has been limited in scope and involvement. Advancing for individuals with limited experience can be unclear.

      Pros

      I love the company and what we do for our clients but the woman I started working for doesn’t care about the clients she would not let me help my colleagues, she talk down to me was extremely rude.

      Cons

      The company stopped caring about the people we serve as social workers, and they allowed a woman with a personal vendetta to fire me. everyone that works for her is either being fired or quit and they took her side and let her do this to me. If I was doing so awful I should’ve been getting help. I had no supervision and was constantly harassed.
