Cons

Terrible communication from administration to staff. You'll hear one thing from someone one day and the next the complete opposite from someone else.

Pros

Management demonstrates understanding and offers appropriate compensation for my job title. Additionally, I receive at least one friendly gesture, such as an appropriate greeting or positive acknowledgment, from clients each day.

Cons

Communication appears to be inconsistent. Having worked here for several months, I find the frequent turnovers concerning. The organizational hierarchy is not clearly outlined, and expectations are not well-defined. Additionally, supervisory training has been limited in scope and involvement. Advancing for individuals with limited experience can be unclear.
