Pros

Participants are fantastic and there are all the hours you want for days....

Cons

You are replaceable and are treated as such, PAY was terrible, access to benefits was a pain, and the care only about bottomline.. you as employee are replaceable.. every ask off for 3 years was denied, and they constantly call on days off to see if you can cover shifts... you don't actually get time and a half, and if you quit without a notice, you make only minimum wage for all worked hours, even if there is OT... if you quit even with a 2 week, With in the first few months, you pay for all your training out of pocket... was honestly the worse company I ever worked for... communication is almost non existent...

Pros

Tina and the RH team took care of me for two years. If I had a problem, they had an answer. If I needed a day off, they would personally cover it. I never felt like a number and felt like I had a voice. I got myself through college working here and will always hold a special place in my heart.

Cons

The only con would be that sometimes I worked too much! But that isn't their fault.

Pros

Management demonstrates understanding and offers appropriate compensation for my job title. Additionally, I receive at least one friendly gesture, such as an appropriate greeting or positive acknowledgment, from clients each day.

Cons

Communication appears to be inconsistent. Having worked here for several months, I find the frequent turnovers concerning. The organizational hierarchy is not clearly outlined, and expectations are not well-defined. Additionally, supervisory training has been limited in scope and involvement. Advancing for individuals with limited experience can be unclear.
