Coworkers are great, other things are not
Pros
The department supervisor went at my pace for training and didn't make me feel like I was being pushed into things that I wasn't prepared for. My coworkers were also very supportive and they care about each other.
Cons
There are few things that are organized well enough to actually get things done and get them done on time. It took several weeks for the new secretary to be trained on how to do several things because it apparently wasn't a priority and it took more than a month for me to even get my start date since the initial interview. The department supervisor was also very hot and cold; if you wanted to ask or talk to them something you had to wait until you knew she was in a good mood without running the risk of feeling personally attacked.
