Everything. Most of all the pay. This is a terrible workplace and maybe having a decent pay would help. Expect to be paid minimum wage and stay there for years. Promotion is gatekept. Favoritsm at its peak. Management does not care of mental well being and neither does HR. No one wants to be bothered by you. You learn on your own and get repremanded for not knowing what do with little instruction.

Management is a joke. The head of HR is horrible it’s clear this is his first HR position and he doesn’t know what he’s doing. The regional coordinators don’t communicate with their clinic staff. Management can care less about their staff, they claim we do so much for our clients but yet treat their staff like chopped liver. The pay is horrible
